Well I made to day 3 of kindergarden then the flood gates opened. The Kissing Hand is by far one of my favorite books ever ( Skippy jonjones definetly comes in second)!! I recommend it to any and all with school aged children. I thought I made it free and clear since Ava's teacher didnt read the story while the parents were in the classroom ( like with all of my other kids) until Ava brought this home for me today. I will proudly carry on my busy way today with puffy swollen eyes and I will continue to place my "kissing hand" to my cheek everytime my baby hops out of the car.

I have never heard of The Kissing Hand but Ryli must have read it her first day too because she came home with that exact hand with the heart, same colors and everything! Now I want to read the book.
I read that book over at Moms house and thought it was so sweet. Then when we unpacked I had a hard bound book of it never touched and never used but will surely read over several times from now. Wow all are in school had lonely but cool.

The kissing hand is my favorite kid book by far. Thanks for introducing it to me when Riley started school. I can totally see why you cried.....and you were doing so good. It even put a little tear in my eye. What a great project though. Something you can cherish forever!
